SHOW CLOUD USER ACCESS Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement
The Show Cloud software has independent economic value to Show Cloud Ltd from not being readily known by others. This Agreement governs imposes obligations to protect the Confidential Information demonstrated for three (3) years after the last login.
Confidential Information may include, but is not limited to design layout, workflow, functionality, themes, customer insight, campaign tracking, brand management and team management.
The User shall use the software as needed for the purpose of managing business relationships between the Parties involving the Information held on Show Cloud, and shall:
(a) not to copy the Software intellectual property
(b) not to attempt to copy the functionality, user videos and work of any part of the Software to become incorporated in, any other programs;
(c) not to disassemble, de-compile, reverse engineer or create derivative works to create any software which is substantially similar to the Software;
(d) to supervise and control knowledge of the Software workings
(e) not disclose or disseminate knowledge of the Software workings to any third party.
(f) not to provide, or otherwise make available, the Software login details to any person
